Gretchen Watson

Gretchen has 10 years of counseling experience with individuals, couples and families. She worked for
Cornerstone Counseling and later Frankfort Pastoral Counseling. Gretchen saw elementary, middle and
high school students for individual and family therapy through a contract with the Family Resource
Center in Trimble County Schools. Gretchen is an ordained minister and has 12 years of experience on
church staffs working with youth, children and families. Gretchen is a Certified Pastoral Counselor on the
track toward Licensed Pastoral Counselor. Gretchen has had extensive education and training in
Marriage and Family Therapy. Gretchen feels called to work with youth and children in the context of
families, supporting them in crisis. She is passionate about helping young people identify their strengths
and connecting families with resources and skills to meet life challenges. She enjoys working with
families from diverse cultures and backgrounds; she will seek to “meet you where you are”. Gretchen
and her husband, Jason, have 2 daughters (13 and 9), a small Ocherese dog and 2 Guinea Pigs.
